As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!

I dunno how I came up with this idea and the work... I really was busy this week. Nevertheless I managed to create something like this.. whether it is something to be proud of or not - is a different question. I like it, but might consider to improve something if something certain will be pointed out by you.

Description: the angel (okay - I think everyone recognizes Suigintou) was punished by god and is a fallen angel now (you can see this if you take a look at the white wings and their reflection -black ones). She now wants revenge and prepares a deadly spell (using the fluent sword's blade), which utilizes the water and the stars.
Tech part: 45 layers, couple of hours. Mostly working on the improvement of the scan's quality - since it was a drawn picture I got from one of the -chan sites. The quality really was bad. I tried to do the best out of it.
I utilized brushes from deviantart (LadyLyla and Spiritsighs' brushes) as well as some other brushes I can't remember the source (sorry to the artist... if you see this and know the brushes were yours - pm me please).
I had to redo the lightning of the scan (her) and decided to emphasize certain parts of her more than others (darker ones). I hoped to be able to achieve the foreground/background blending with this.
As always: comments (and favs :D) are very welcome and I hope at least some of you like it.
Great wall i like it because angel with weapons are cool also the weapon is unquie and deadly for the looks of it and the dark tone blue really bring out her wings.
Great job with the wallpaper :o Awesome job with the reflection though! It looks great ^^ And I love how you've turned the white angel wings into black angel wings in the reflection. The scan seems a still a little low quality, but that may be because of the lighting. Nice job ^^b
I like the ripple effects at the bottom of the wall. The looks clean but its hard to tell when the bg is a dark. I reckon more work could have been done of the wing to make it look more like angel wings. To much lighting i reckon

Oh! This truth is beautiful,!! The wing of the suiginto huyn is color +.+ is freshness one impression. Also the features which shines in the river will rake up and is beautiful>.< the features which holds it is beautiful. truth mes there is also a red flash. It made the good wallpaper and week it was sour and Thank you. truth it did well^^
