Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
So anyway, I've wanted to do an exclusively mecha wallpaper for a while, and this one really caught my interest: the battle between Kira and Shinn ^^ So I went for a dark battle in the sky kind of look, with their immediate area lit by the weapons and sparks and what not. Pretend! XD I re-created the lighting effects in the original scan too :o
And what a great match that was with Shinn and Kira. So sad about Freedom though. But I like this wallpaper. The effects on it are so nice, and the name is a bit of understament if you know what I mean.
Wow, the stunning fight captured by nat. I reckon alot of Gundam fans will be awed by this scene (as i was ^o^) Nice usage of clouds to blend well into the mobile suits. Nice choice of the title too. Nothing much to be said to this wallie. My fav as well ^.^
Holy crap great job. It looks so smoothe and stuff. I dont know why but this wall gives me munchies. This was very close to being a favorite. Thats a good thing cuz the walls in my favorites suk.
Honestly, its well done. The positioning of the characters and the very background they're in is quite fantastic. The swords were a great idea, I love how it alsmost feels lightsaber-sish. :)
