This is pretty good for your first wall! ^^ In my opinion, I actually like how this turned out. I love how you vectored it, and I also like the color. ^^

I have a blue version of this ready. I killed the white also since it irritated so many people.

Personally, i dont like the standard vectoring that i see all over. It just seems so... uninspired; Unoriginal even. Also, after looking at this in the other resolutions, i have to say that the way i did it looks terrible when you shrink it down. I designed it for 1600x1200. I still say this would make a cool T-shirt.

Blue version coming when AP lets me upload again. Also, new papers on the way.

It's not bad. The portrait of the Bleach cast (or at least the important ones) is a nice choice, and the way they're located makes for a nice background too, but I think the colors aren't exactly the best of choices. I think the classic white-black contrast works better, but that gets cliche here and there. Who knows, you might find a better color combination. If not, then it stands as being "not bad."
