This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Title comes from Looptroops album name Modern day city symphony (someone said that this wall looks 70's styled rather than modern. Well retro is always modern =P) I also got the bg theme from that albums cover (only theme, this is no where near that albums cover art)
The bg is supposed to be graffiti styled that why there is paint flows in places.
The text is supposed to be bit messy (go look at some real life graffities and you see how hard they can be to read)
The black line is supposed to be a city silhoutte as someone wondered it's meaning the last time I had this wall posted.

Great job this wallpaper is great ,I love how the font looks like graffiti type on the wall ,this vaizard is great I really can't wait to see him in the anime ,it looks like you have drawn the background with your hand, the paint falling effect is good,nice job ^_^
I really like this wallpaper. The character really STANDS OUT from the rest of the wallpaper just like with my walls. This one is 10 out of 10 dude. And a favorite.

Este sujeto siempre me ha caido bien, me gusta mucho you peinado y porque es my simpatico ademas se ve chistoso con esos dientes feos que tiene pero sin duda muy fuerte, es uno de mis personaje favoritos. hasta me guso parame com oel. jejejeje
