Cool! Rock Lee totally blends with that background. The scan may be a bit blurry and the background seems to be a little dull. But the effects are great.

The blackground totally fits with konoha and the beatiful green beast :P and the blur makes it look like it's going damn fast. The render has really been blended good in the background, but the doubles give the right idea of fast moving, but...
Maybe you should have made more doubles and with a much less opacity, so it look more blurry.
I reallly like how you did the fast moving effect from Lee, and I also like the blured bg, but you should change the font/color. It just doesn't fit the bg in my opinion.
All in all, I'll use it someday, if I should find a green blackbox theme. Keep up the good work! :).
