This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
I got hooked on naruto a while a go (don't blame me, its not my fault :o), so I decided to make a vector wallpaper for the Naruto category. I was looking trough different sites to find a usefull scan, till i saw this one! I thought ''Hey , they almost look like the dudes from Men in Black, except for the sunglasses'' after that, the name was for this walllpaper was found. ''Ninjas in Black'' it is.
I did this wallpaper right when I got home from school, becouse I couldn't stop thinking about that scan :).
The rendering was not that difficult, because there was no extremly detailed hair.
IMO the vector art turned out nice, but it's far from perfect.

Not a big fan of Naruto but I'm attract to the complex vector art on the BG. The renders looks clean and the main focus on the middle part of the WP, which is good for me. Overall, it is a good work.
Ahh it's veggfx, back again with another stylish wall. :3 This image has been used before, but I like how you put them in the middle here because the image itself is very center-focused. The blurred vectors and gradient bg look nice, as always lol. I especially like the text and lines you used to label the ninjas in black. :]
Interesting background and idea, but this really needs to be vectored for the styles to fit in order to pull it off well...the tech bg looks nice, but doesn't go well with the rough and blurrier scan
Hey...I like it O_O Special...one of the better trend walls +_+ Maybe I jsut like this scan...I dunno =/ Anyway, you have to touch up the scan a bit, since it's a bit...lossy? Otherwise, very simple and effective concept
Teehee, Naruto + random movies = great parodies! Lovin' the concept; the wall itself doesn't particularly impress me, but hey, it's the thought that counts, and this thought was great :P
MMM! Looks great! The only problem is, and I'm embarrassed to point this out, but it's Uzumaki Naruto, not Naruto Uzumaki. At least in the Japanese episodes. Haven't watched the American ones. It doesn't seem like anyone else has noticed so far so.... GOOD JOB!

It looks really good! The vectored guys look really great too! The faded background actually suits the guys because of how they were pictured slightly upwards. I'm adding it to my Favz! You did a good job, keep up the great work! ^_^
The main image should be a little more crisp, but either way, I love the scan used. Naruto looks so different with his hair like that ;P. Great job on the wallpaper!
This is a nice wall! I like it. The scan and the background are great, and they fit each other very well. I espcailly like the scan because... Neji is there!! XD I love Neji! XD Anyway, great job! Keep it up!:)
