After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!
I was watching AIR and wanted to make a wallpaper. This wall has 100 layers and took me weeks to complete.
The clouds were the hardest part. There are five clouds and each cloud took me a day to make. The planet behind her is pretty cool in my opinion it adds a mysterious feeling, you dont know weither its orbating or if its going to collide with another planet.
The comets were put in the wallpaper to tie up with the text. "What if today was the last day... would you take a chance?" I thought it fit very nice with the anime. I mean the girl was very sick and she did not know when she was going to die, very sad. The text also connects to real life. No one knows when they are going to die. It might be tom for all we know so just go for it, what ever you are thinking about just go for it. Pretend there is no tommorrow.
I made the bg a warm light feeling because when I think about theend of the world I picture it a sunny very quite day and everyone is out side looking up to sky. Well thats how I picture it. I hope everyone likes it.
I like it. I like AIR very much and I've always like that picture of the girl. I like the moon behind her and how you made the clouds all around the pic. And the detail of the commets with the fire is good. Congratulations! ;)
The somewhat sad expression on her face really fits with the world ending and how sad it would be. The background has a a really nice airy feel to it and it fits well with the girl. The meteors are really interesting and I like how they contrast with the happy carefree feeling of the wall. The planet is definetly one of my favorite parts since it is so mysterious.
Pretty girl+sky+clouds usually makes a perfect combo to woo lots of people, including myself most of the time. however, there are a couple of things i don't quite feel satisfied with. 1. the detailing of the clouds could have been put into different places so that it gives them more volume and PUFF. 2. the layout of the planet and the distance clouds remind me of a sandwhich. i would have preferred another arrangment. 3. the two flaming asteroids look a bit out of place. they'd look even more so if it weren't for the red on the girl's dress and the saturated yellow of her hair.
still pretty. so nice work. =]
Man, I really liked this wall except for the flaming asteroids of doom!. They just look so out of place in such a serene [though dark] wallpaper. I would love to love it, but you wouldn't be able to sell it to me fully. Nonetheless, it's a good work of art [a day for a cloud... wow o.o;;] and I definitely applaud your effort.

I really like how did it turn out the wall. I like misuzu-s expression, and besides, you gathered
all the feelings of the series in that wall...besides I like the clouds!!
but I also think those asteroids seem a little bit out of place >.>

This is a nice wall...but to me,the two meteors falling doesn't fit in this clear blue sky..i believe it is more suitable if your background was darker colour..however,i really like the clouds,they look really real and the planet is good way to fill in spaces more effectively.and the scenery fits the girl and a suitable wall for AIR! ^_^

my only complain is that i know you put the meteors there to go along with the text but i think it kinda weakened the wall if you know waht i mean.
i would have prefered it without the meteors, but over all its really good.

is that the moon which happens to be reflecting the sun's light? and i think it would look much lovelier if she would be smiling instead of sad.. and the asteroids... it beautifully made, though i think i prefer peaceful rather than destruction of something.. ^_^

This is a nice wall! I like it. The scan and the background are great! And they fit each other very well! :) I like the girl in the wall, she is really pretty! :) But why there are two fire balls there? I think they don't fit the wall so much. n_n; In general this is a great wall. Great job! Keep it up! :)
Nice concept, but not as nice composition, i'm afraid. Clouds are hard to "make", and you did a pretty good job churning them out, though they still look unnaturally out of shape. guess we can't imitate nature as well as we think. i think it is all a matter of how you place the images, and you need to work on that more...sorry to say, but those meteorites are weird. maybe it's their position. try playing around with what your materials and good luck!
The clouds seem to cut her off in my eyes, but I do like how you used her sad expression to tie in with the background. However, because there are only two of them, the meteors are kind of out-of-place.
Bigger letters and a different font would make the wall work out better, as well. :)
Really good wallpaper, I love how you made the clouds and the earth hidden by them like that. Also, the title is a very good one, it matches the wallpaper perfectly and I think you did an outstanding job showing the thought the title refers to visually. +fav
