Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

I found out First Gundam from art book and I was scans it. I had to tried any idea background. I just seem boring and I had to change colour gundam a bit like sand. I took desert wallpaper from other anime art book and I wonder if it can link Gundam. I was putting them together, Background I used tools dry brush and some blur really everythings mix. I edited with Gundam eyes and desert hills to togethers. When I completed with it but clouds wasn't clearing, it just look filters bad. I tried editing it again a little more dry bush. I made sure clear out side and yes many layers.

I'd like know if you need to comment anything what do you like.
Hope Gundam fans like it.

This wall is really good! Its an instant fav in my eyes, I love the colors and the dark feel to it. A really good job putting all of it together because it works really well.

Woah! (was my first reaction ;P) ithe simple blending of the image into your background is amazing, plus its a great 'old' gundam wall, one of my favorites in fact. as fizz said, "an instant fav in my eyes". thanks so much for sharing ^^

The lighting and shadow effects given a rustic feeling in the whole wallpaper package. It blends well into the WP. Overall, it's a nice work

I like the blending and the colours, but I feel that it's a bit too dark for me to see the details. However I like how the darkness is contrasted by the flare on the right, and that the lighting spills on the robot realistically enough. Nice synthesis of two different images. ^^ A personal preference, but I think maybe a line of text would bring out the wallpaper more. But that's just me. Heh.

The dark feeling of this wall catched my eye right away
I don't see it as a downside
The light effects are rdon really well, except for that light "flare" on the right...that one didn't work out to well

But I'm an huge gumdan fan so I like it when people make wall's about them

Old school gundam one of the best but today it gets eclipsed by Gundam Seed Destiny. I totaly love the whole fadded statin kinda color selection you went with on this one but again I guess you would have to choose those colors to fit the desert theme. Anyway great job.

Well despite my picky tastes when choosing wall's to download, I have to add this one as a fav due to nastlagia. Normally my i look for fav's that have a little something extra to bring the picture to life, however this one just makes a statement. Like....."OH YEA! You know who the original is! Don't make me prove it!"
something like that, esspecially with those eyes.

The way the gundam is shrouded, its still eminates a strong presence in the picture. Great use of color and how the eyes really do present a certain "pop" to the gundam. Also the dark shadows gives a nice menacing element you dont really see in the rx-78-2
