It's back from the grave, and completely revamped. I really liked some of the lyrics from the first Bleach op, and incorporated it in here. I sort of went all-out with this particular style, something a bit different than most my other walls. But most of all: It's got Rukia in it. :D

Basically, it's a shortage of key animators or suchlike. Luckily, Samurai7 got back to it's usual quality (with an occasional lapse).
Come to speak of it, Utawarerumono episode 14 was somewhat of a quality lapse, too (although not as obviously as in Samurai7) or at least quite a style change (which changed back in the next episode)

This is impressive. I like the wall. It has a very clearly defined theme and it pulls it off well. Heck, i get all stressed just looking at it. ^_^ I like the fact that you just used one color. More than one color on a piece like this would make it look way too busy. I also like your use of toning effects. They add very well to the whole effect of the piece. Awesome work!

Great wallpaper. All of the text that you added in the background looks great. The black and white like concept really looks great. The shading is great and the shadow like looks great as well. Great wallpaper of rukia. Keep up the good work.

Very nice, I like the texture used for Rukia's clothing, it's very comic-book-esque. It's really nice when matched with the roughness of the arrows and the text.
