This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
I really like this wallpaper, I've never read XXX Holic but I love CLAMPS artwork. I love the simplicity you've used here and the smoke looks really cool. You chose great colours too and the text is nicely subtle.
WOW lol really nice wall. I REALLY REALLY love the colors there my fav by the way. Well red and black are but black and yellow and orange go together really well too. Iv never really gotten into The series yet but im beginning to like it a lot :D Really goo job on this wall i really like it. Keep up the great work. +FAVS
Very nice, original idea. The vector is, however, jagged in places and could do with a bit of smoothing out in my opinion. It looks like you've used straight lines instead of smooth curves...
I like the idea of the texture in the vector, but try to make this more pronounced. I feel it just looks grainy instead of properly textured at the moment.
There is also a small orange mark directly to the left of the mouth of the character. This caught my eye and needs to be got rid of.
But other than that, it's excellent work. Very minimalist and I like it!

Although it's very simple wall, it's still a very cool, stylish and somehow creepy wall!
Especially the bright eye makes her look creepy, the eye somehow looks like the eye of a hunting panter who's ready to attack. ^^
I'm not really a fan of XXX Holic, but this wallpaper is just so...wow, I can't even the describe it! The vectoring you did and how dark the atmosphere of this wall is just pure awesomeness. ^^
