I have that scan, the one on the left. but i see artifacting that suggest that it isn't top quality. but with the transparency like that, issues are often hidden anyway and don't matter much ;] and since i have the original, i know that the people behind raito (aka light aka kira) have parts of them hidden behind these weird looking black and white stuff. however, you've just cut them out and it leaves the scan looking incomplete. =/ i also feel that there are too many images all in this one wall...one scan would have been enough. anyway, i don't want to sound overly negative, so i'll cheer, *yay* because it's death note. i'm starting to read the manga and it's very good so far.

Interesting blending effect, although I'm not sure if I like it. Atmospheric background and the characters fit in well with it. Good work!
