As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!

This wallpaper, originally, was created for entry into a contest that I entered over at another forum. And it actually took second place, which I was really proud about. :)
I've been really trying to get into vector art and have had minimal experience, but I think this wallpaper turned out extremely well because of it. It is orange for a fall-like theme, hence the leaves. This particular wallpaper took about 5 to 6 hours straight to complete.
I extracted Hitsugaya myself, but the Hitsugaya Scan is by boogybro, he did an excellent job vectoring it.

Well i've given my comments back in KS, so i'll just say that i like the design of the background, and lovely job on the vector. A great start to your walling career here on AP.
There are only two things bothering me:
1) lack of contrast on Hitsugaya - he does not pop out as he should;
2) font and its placement
3) some sort of slight criss-cross/diagonal pattern in the bg could make it even nicer.
...okay make that three.
