This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Otome looks so amazing thats why I used her for this wall plus it fit perfectly. Anyway this is for Starr from MT I really did this in about 2 days...I really love how this came out again its been a year since I actually did a day wall, its nice but I still love doing night scenes XD. She wanted me to make one in the day with some sort of trees piercing so I tried to improvise my tatics with this ;p. I also have a sunset version for all who like my sunsets. Completely changed the clouds as well for this occasion :).
Anyway 2 days about 50 or so more layers...being I did 2 settings at once it could be more! I hope you enjoy it Da Capo Fans :D.

You know, I'm really glad that you used that scan. I absolutely love that scan and I think it's so cute too. As for the wall itself, you have come along way and you've greatly improved as well. Not only becoming a very solid waller, but an amazing one at that. Personally, this is what I call a great day-time wall. I cannot find a single thing wrong with this wall and I love everything that's in it. Just a very beautiful background and a great scan = Win.
I think I prefer the sunset one; it just has a nice calming atmosphere that I find pleasing. One thing I notice on that one though, is that there are some scan lines on her body (I do not know if they were intentional or not).
The image is great, but the scan seems a little blurred (especially on her legs) in the AP version... on the "sunset version", that doesn't happens... i wonder if it's because of the size limits of AP...
but nice wall... i like the effects of diference in colors between the trees, it turns out more realistic ;-)
Nice work in background! ^^ looks very cute and gives a natural sensation, even more with the facial expression of the girl. and it's a good combination of lights and shadows.
