Hey guys! Behold, my newest creation! Recently, I’ve become infatuated with Fuu from Samurai Champloo, and because there are so few wallpapers or images of her in general, I decided to diversify the Samurai Champloo wallpaper collection just a tad bit more…
As for the details of my wallpaper, this is my own vectored adaptation of Fuu. I modeled this after one of the scenes from the opening credits; it should be pretty obvious once you take note of it. The vectoring of Fuu took me a good 7 hours to do plus an additional 3 hours for the other wallpaper details (yeah, I got artists’ block, if there is such a word) =). As far as the wallpaper title goes, there is no particular reason why “eternity” was used; it just sounded cool. Hehe. Yeah, I personally feel that there is an overabundance of grunge-styled wallpapers, so I decided to make this neat and simple.
Once again, I am fully open to comments, criticism, praise, money donations, etc. Thus, I would like to hear from you guys to see what you like or dislike so that I can make my next wallpaper more visually pleasing. Aiite, I suppose that’s all for now. Deuce!~
Looks good. Not sure about the blurry "glow" thing that's going on with Fuu though. Swirls are swirls, although really, I like the whole thing save the blurry Fuu. -___-
I think this is a nice cross between a normal vector with solid colours (all those ipod parodys come to mind) and a gentler subtler watercolour type. Personall I think the red in the background is a tad glaring (instead of bing vermillion, make it either dark velvet red or alternatively rose pink?). I also think that those swirls could have maybe inner glow and and outline (something like the font in JTSang's reminisence) it would look better. Otherwise, I have no complaints, another rad job! Who are you going to do next from the series? :D~
Great vector job on the image, very crisp and clean looking. I like the simplistic design you've gone for, it's a well composed wall, I especially like the portion with 'eternity*' written in it with the texture underneath. Nice work. :)

Nice job on the vector. Looks like it advertizes a perfume. Nice warm color gives you a nice warm feel. Looks like shes looking at you but shes not... Damn... Very feminine though. Personally,cant use it as a wall but honestly good job

WOW this is amazing :D love especially how the background part of "eternity" is just a tad different than the rest (not solid colors), and how you added little flurry brushes at the bottom that seem to be growing off of the design itself.
Well, it's a good wall... nice vectoring for the wall... and you did a good job for cleaning the scan... and a nice background... using the red colour to done the background! and nice for adding some pattern into the wall! nice texture adding by you too! anyway, it's a nice wall! :)

This is simply fantastic. The amount of time you spent and the effort you used was all worth it! The vectoer couldn't have been done any better. The simple background and abstract designs at the bottom suits me very well. Colour scheme is also matched perfectly. About the glow that some people had opinions about, i fee it adds depth to the wallpaper instead of a fully vectored wallpaper that makes it look flat ^.^ great job!

Nice vector again, you made a simple looking wallpaper here. it's kinda those Ipod. you did a good job on the scan, but...the red glow is kinda weird=/... and it makes me dizzy @_@. also...a red background isn't a good option....red will make you go crazy XP. keep it up.
