Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

For those who don't know, Secret Garden is an Irish-Norwegian duo playing New Instrumental Music, also understood by some as Neo-classical music. (source: Wikipedia.org)

:D I love their songs, even though my friends were all like "how old are you? 60 or 70?"
So this wallpaper, done as a tribute to Secret garden. And it was named after the first song of them I heard.

and one more thing: this one is probably the last wall I make using this drawing technique. Lots of people complained about it. They said it looks very bad :). If you think otherwise, please let me know :D

I dont like how the black and the green are separated, I would have used the green and black and do a gradient, that way it will flow better and not be cut but the plant and all that look great

I agree with the others the background isnt the best. At first the grassy green thing looked strange but then I began to like that "painted style" So I think you should cover the whole background with it, leave the text out or change the font and work a bit on the petals on her right side. But the pose you chosed to wall is great! Shinku looks beautiful. I like the idea. My opinion is just personal.

Nice wallpaper.. it's pretty and the title depicts the picture perfectly.. ^_^ "secret garden" that's why she's alone and the atmosphere has a feeling of silence and loneliness.. ^_^

The only thing I'd say is that the BG should just be a wall of grass, not just that half portion. The painting looks awesome though! Keep it up ^_~

the whole wall is just BEAUTIFUL
except for the UTTERLY UGLY boarder between the black part on the left and the green right part

the painted-picture-look came out well, good job on that
so since you didnt ruin it that terribly, i think i still like it pretty much

Although I like the colors, I have to agree about the drawing technique you use. Sorry, but it makes it look, how do you describe it, bubbly looking? And Shinku seems out of place in the wall because of that white space between her and the background.

Anyway, its nice to dedicate it to your band, even if it makes people think you are 60 or 70 years old ^_^

The background is very good, the colors, and the environment looks beautiful, especially the green part. The giant sunflower, the star, and the other flowers are looking good, too. The girl fits to the background well, she's very nice in her clothes, though, her face is very bright. Nice wallpaper.

Oh, so cute...the flower is cute and also the scan that sits on the flower...
the left side seems empty maybe continue the designs up to there so it may look more good...the green background is also nice..
