This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
I think if thats the case, then an image of Lucian and Ellidyr should be there as well. Lucian(image): You wont come back alive. You'll fail. You'll fail everyone!
Ahh it is finish i dont know how long i work for this wall ... the most work was that i would relize my wishes and all the visions of the bg ... i try my best ... but still is not looking how i want ... but the most part it's do
I give for this wall the name the city is mine becourse i love the song from J-Zay... the city is my is my fav song from him and i must say that this song was anytime in my mind as i work on this wall

Nice light work. I like the way the BG looks, and the character is nice and 2/3 framed. I don't know if the two match up so well. Kinda like peanut butter and mayonnaise. Both are good, but not so good together. Your effort produced a great product, so I'm not coming down on it by any means. Seems like a more futuristic city view or a more techno look to the building would match the metal wing thingies make more sense.
Pretty, though. Good feel and good colors. Thanks for the great wall!
Very nice. I'm enjoying this new edition from you very much. A very nice wallpaper. I love how you applied a nice sideways perspective to show a window looking over a city outside with a sunset theme. The sun is a bit high for the theme but it works really well. Just a suggestion next time is when your incorporating your rays try to fit them with the window frame and it'll seem that much more realistic. Plus soften the edges a tad since rays of light aren't a solid edge when you see them coming through a window. Fabulous work. I'll be adding this to my favorites ^_^. Thanks for sharing your creation.

Well, this reminds me a bit of Fire-imouto-chan's latest attempt using the same image... Anyway, I'll have to second aaronvps: I also think that the girl looks a bit out of place... Though the reddish effects are pretty stunning. ^^
