Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
Well, there is my firs wall, i wanted to create something special, becouse this anime has left very good impressions in me... I like minimalism and decided to create something in that style. Than i pick up some scan (that should be only my loved Kyon and Haruhi ^__^) When I'm strted i have several ideas and later I decided to stop at this one. Several hour and we have this result, I showed it to my friends, and then i decided to send this picture here.
Oh and there is no empty spaces - on the desktop it looks preety good...i thinking ^__^ but I have some doubts about composition, but i like it, and i think that the other things will be only to distract attention...of main characters...
And I want to say Thanks to ~ly - she helped me with the name of this picture. so thanks ~ly! :D

The wallpaper is nicley done for your first time but i think you shoulda made the wallpaper a little more exciting since its for the anime The Melancholy Of Haruhi Suzumiya whice has alot of excitment (own personal opiinion) other than that i really like the way you used black and white to make the wallpaper i also like the scan you used for the wallpaper and how you used the H as sorta a wall for kyon but it looks really weird that theres orange on haruhi's head lol seems so random t doesnt really mix in with the black and white and grey lol great work on the wallpaper keep it up!!

This wall is freakin great, awesome concept, awesome composition and really impressive simplicity. but damn i hate when a wall is one step from perfection, which in this case could be easily achieved, just by doing it.. 'proper' ;] the H is one pixel short on the right [look at the reflection], moreover if you have vectored the scan, including those light gradients, and then making her orange ribbon, all would look more crisp, more.. amazing. but still, nice. as for a first one, amazing. it's rare to have such first ones. but please, next time take time to make it as perfect as you can ;] you have skills, now just add some patience ;]
This is such a striking concept wall :O I must agree with alienzero that this wall, if it's ever vectored, would look better, but nonetheless... wow. It's truly amazing :O

Lovely work ^^ Congrats on a really cool first wall. I'm loving the minimalist feel you have going on, the idea if really good too. I love that image of Haruhi and Kyon although it would be nice to have seen it vectored, although that's simply because it would have been a little crisper.
