While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Took me about day to make this. I used some sort of screen shot for the gurl, i dunno is was something like 800x600. It ws pretty small, but i managed to make it a wlal :)
So, yeah like i said, seziec it, hopefully it looks okay, had to blur some spots, and sharpen as well. I hope that done well XD
Then, added the special* effects, and some more color. Changed her hair color to be more blue, and added some shine ^^ Pretty, easy, but verty pretty dont you think? Oh yes by the way, she is not wearing underwere, i think its just some sort of form... maybe ^^...lol

Hmm, for creating a wall from a smaller screenshot I applaud your efforts. I really do like the special effects, but I don't think the image could be as sharp as it could be. But like I said, enlarging it is always a difficult feat and attempting to pull it off is a great effort!
Under the influence i say - this is a proper wall... sparkles, stars, and a proper sexy girl in the middle.. who'd want more? nice job man, really nice. ;]
