This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

as simple as this wall looks it really bugged me to extract 5 people out of 5 scans rawr Dx maybe I overdid it with 5 but hey the more the merrier.... *dot dot dot* riight

Lol. Cool wallpaper. Although the figures maybe a tiny bit too small. I can't figure out who's that, second from the left! XD But i like your concept, and the scan you used is also one of my favourite Bleach scans. ^_^
You need to make the characters bigger. Maybe put two in front of each "B" and Ichigo in the middle of the "I" since he's the prime character. Also, that huge light source behind the characters would obscure any details in the characters. They would simply be black silhouettes with respecting shadows, nothing more.
Although it's a neat idea, having five silhouettes instead of just two means your letter 'I' is inordinately FAT. Making the two 'B's thicker/bolder might help, but I think this would have been a whole lot better if you'd stuck to two characters.

Hey look at that, a men in black remade to fit with bleach... damn there is NO way to not love you for making this wallpaper.
And the scan honestly almost made me make something similar, though never took the time for it. I might start on my very own soon, perhaps... or maby not. Anyways incredible good work overall, the only thing that could use some more work is the shadows, god knows it's hard, but they dont match intirely the light if you get a look on the reflection the BIB gets. A minor thing i know, just to make sure you can think of it in your next awsome wallpaper. I'm looking forward to it.

Great concept...though with a minimalist wall like this, you really need to dazzle with a solid simplicity...
that said, the actual technique (especially the 'glow' around the large letters) look shoddy. A glossy feel would have been perfect. It's somewhere ambiguously in between glossy and straight-out cut-and-dry solid (which would've been nice as well).
Still, quite a decent job. The aesthetics will improve with experience, though...

Just a wierd feeling about the characters height in the "I".. Ionno they just seem short.
