This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
I have recently become addicted to this game and everything about it. This wallpaper features Len and White Len from a scan found on Minitokyo. With Christmas very close I have been in a wintery mood. Cutting the picture took quite some time but I think it was worth it. I hope you enjoy the wallpaper as much as I did creating it.
I like the scan, and it looks really magical and wut not. But its a bit too bright for me too much effects, although they are nice effects, its too much IMO.
Wow... it's good. I think that it looks great and the backgroud althought a bit bright to some people, still comes out good for it's simplicity but effectiveness. Good job!
The background is very nice, though, because of the brightness of it, it seems a bit empty, where only whiteness is. The characters are looking good, too, they're fit to the background well. The text is nice, though, it's a bit hardly readable. Anyway, nice wallpaper.
This wallpaper is extremely well designed. The background has an absolutely amazing feel to it and it's not too overpowering, either. It really makes the rest of the wallpaper seem peaceful with that "winter" type look. The other thing that really catches my eye is the way that the characters seem to perfectly fit into their environment. It has a flawless transition between foreground and background without losing the definition of each. I think that the lighting effect applied makes that come together in a more effective way. One other thing that I noted was the use of different types of texture in the background. It really makes things stand out against the more plain items, giving a sense of depth, but it isn't that strong of a design that it would stand out over that characters. I definitely have to commemorate this wallpaper with a massive two thumbs way up and let you know to keep it up. These wallpapers are absolutely amazing.

and id say that those trees look like blue negatives, not covered in snow or frozen or whatsoever

The scan is gorgeous on one side, on the other the white parts on the background are empty this wouldn't mind if there were small but on the right side it's more noticible, i liked the snowy effect on the wall though
Oh this is perfect for the winter.Hmm altough the charas seem quite serious and you can't abtain not to think how come when winter its so beautiful!Anyway I enjoy a lot iwnter walls,I like very much the setting,well at least I can see winter in a wallpaper because I am still waiting to nsow but it rains and in all the other towns from my ocuntry it already snows,I am so sad well your wall kinda made my day brighter!Veyr beautiful wall and altough sometiems it bothers me to see too much light or white in a wall this one is just perfect!And you used also a nice scan!Really beautiful!Oh I so want snow!

For me the background images were the sharp and the snowflake too detailed... but since i dont think this was made to give a warm and fuzzy feeling... they are fine ;)
