Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
Oh, yeah i know! This is simple, and there really isnt that much work in it... Yeah Yeah! ^^ I dont care, i wanted something pretty, and i think i got it. Anyways, this wall is mostly a scan as some people might already know, but just look at the effects XD lol, they are so pretty! Haha... anyways, ive done some bg work, so dont wory, and then added all those shiny things. Pleae enjoy it even thou its simple. You know i felt like making a wall, but i didnt have that much time, so yeah you get it XD!!

Most Butiful Lacus I ever seen.
I think it is almost perfect wallpaper.
There are minor problem about the line of Charecter isn't smooth in some place suach as left arm and hair color is too dark (I'm not sure)
Conferm this is the best Lacus Wallpaper I ever seen.

this wallpaper is one of the best you've seen ... The effects, brightness, the source, render all this simply perfect, the first and most importantly, transparent egg in which poses the vector or render this beautiful, bright wings that have liked me a lot, the blue gives a very good tone, the flash supeior is in a good position, broken glass and assumptions loved me ... that was the best effect of all and the effect of lower brightness also gives you a good finish, finally the source is perfect in that place and with that tone, wallpaper This is one of my favorites, good job man
