Not much to say... the 12th was my birthday but January so far has been a bitch. Been working overtime... if I'm lucky I get off at 7pm, if I'm not I get off around 10pm, so I worked on this in whatever little waking hour I had to keep from going insane. It's mostly me experimenting with stuff like patterns, cropping, colors. Had to scrap 3 or 4 different background concepts before I hit on something that looks semi-decent, so overall this wall failed pretty hard... but I'm sick of working on it and really want to move on to other stuff, so here it is.
Showed a few people this and that variation of this wall, but gotta thank tat0es and gids for the continual support.
Additional res available @ pixel ellipsis, as always. The new layout was uploaded a while back but if you haven't checked it out yet, definitely give a look and tell us what you think. My online activity has obviously decreased in the last couple of weeks and will stay that way until late January/early February, when I'll hopefully get my life back, but all comments/criticism are appreciated and will get read sooner or later.
I honestly love Ai Yazagawa works because she creates so fashionable characters! and this, flyin, is something i will love, even if you scrap this work. ^^ i love pink + waves. and the textures set off a classy/retro style for me. my new desktop! i just wished XP had some pink/tan theme too. =_=
So its the return of the patterns, didnt want to fav this untill i did the full vieuw, my first eyes fall over the antique wall pattern that is overlayed over the whole bg. looks nice but a bit 2 much i tough. Them y eyes found the scottish clan cilt pattern over her skirt and stuff. Notmuch special but seeing that its very fitting and not on all the robes but perfectly with-without-with-etc makes it just awesome. Furthermore a strange outline on the skirt makes it look very strange and very artistic not really my style but somehow nice. I can go on like this forever but it will come donw to this:

Man, you're complaining about being overloaded at work yet still managed to get walling - that's full on hardcore man, I dunno how you do it!
Anyhoos, like always, pretty sweet clean cut vector with trendiness going on, cool stuff, except the colours slightly too dark/dull for the fashion theme (oh hey, what a good idea *hint hint!*) though could pass as a vintage thing, but anyways, cool concept and is well done for a tired somebody.
