Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
Ok, I'm resubmitting this cause I got a lot of bad comments on the handwriting, and there wasn't enought hours for the wall to get any good comments so I deleted it and now I'm resubmitting it. Anyways, this scan is from an anime that is like Chobits but it's fully action packed which makes it a must see. so yeah, ENJOY!

I did not check the handwritten pre-version of this so i will and cant make references to that.
This wallpaper looks nice, it seems like a good insprired job with patterns and crackstuff blended out of it creating a unique look. Like green skye isnt somethin you dont see every day and i must say that i am a sucker for green.
A thing i notice is that the patterns used on the green parts of the skye and in the girls hair are the same, you can see if you look closely the lines continuing. There fore i think some pieces would be better if removed. Like the big crack on the left of her hair (where it bends down) and the one going from her eyes acros her face to the hair. I fiind them disturbing. On the contrary i find the other grungey pattern stuff over the hair a good addment and surtainly original and fitting to give the wall and the bg a good match.
As final points out is that i am being a bit bugged by the outline, it has a line and then a bit of the colour out of it, it reminds me a bit of outer glow but then closer, i think this was coused by blurring ore a other similair filter. It doesnt look bad but at close toghter parts (the loop in her hair) i find it disturbing cous it then really catches your eye cous you got it on 3/4 sides and the skye in the center.
All with all i can see that this wall took some time and has a lot of effort in it, thats why you earned a fav from me ^^ and if youre bored go revieuw my latest wall :P

Yay! I'm sorry, but I just didn't care for the text at all, that's what originally stopped me from writting a comment. Without it, it looks so much better. I mean, no offense, but it took away from a lot of the beauty that this wall has and it shine and glows without it as well. This is one of those walls that is ment to be textless. I'm proud to say as well that this is my new desktop. Favorite as well, fantastic work, Cloud.

The background is simple, but nice, its colors are good. The character is looking good, too, she's cute, and fits to the background well. A short text would look nice, anyway, good wallpaper.
Personally i did not see the anime, but i love the way this character is drawn, Sol of reiki, the way she is drawn makes me shiver cuz the anime techniques used are original, i just wish the paper were more clean so as to see how awesome is this character looking, but still it is a really awesome wallpaper, keep it up!
Well it's very nice yeah but it's just a scan...you should submit it in the scan section perhaps? A lot of people seem to mistake this scan for a wallpaper you made.
Great wall for a great anime! I feel that the scan you chose captures Solty's character personally, and I love the slightly worn papery look of the wallpaper as a whole. Smashing job!
