Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

It's a very good series.
I was at a loss, I could not find any good scans to work on.
So I decided to attempt a screencap, using Sir Grayserg's vectoring style

The wallpaper is very good realized...this anime seems to be really amazing even if i have never seen either a episode...the background is very good even if i would have made the water in a different way (i am italian and i really know Venice^^)...good job...

First off, I must say that I'm impressed with the vectoring job here. I also approve of there being more Alice pics in the world.
I do like how the brightness of the wallpaper captures that generally found in Aria.
My major complaint is the background. While there's nothing wrong with it, per se, it just feels wrong. Too open. A major part of what makes Aria such a delight is the setting which, while bright and sunny, is not as wide open as this is. There's always *something* in the background, but here beyond the posts there's nothing.
Which doesn't detract from me liking it one bit, though.
Yah! Aria! And Alice! Great combination! The vector is a great job! Even though the wallpaper is fairly simple, it still captures the calm, soothing quality of the Aria series. Great job!
