That's very good for a first wallpaper!^__^ The characters look sooo cute. But I think you exagerated a bit with the colors. I mean... they don't all have the same skin color and Alphonse is not that blue. I don't know if you did this on purpose, but I whish you didn't. I would also prefer if the background was plain... it looks too textured for me. Anyway... it looks very good and I'm sure your next works are going to be even better!^__^ Keep up!

It was a noble attempt for a first wallpaper. All the chibi's have their individual charm and their expressions are so characteristic for each character. I do like the "Rising Sun" effect of the background, Fullmetal Alchemist is a definitive Japanese anime.

I will have to say that I agree that the blue is a bit overdone. The immediate impression is that its overwhelming, a bit inundating. Everything is "blued" out even if it isn't blue. Its hard to distinguish Alfonse's armor from Roy Mustang's uniform, and the same shade of blue is too close to (or identical?) the blue used in the background giving an effect of sameness.

Making the first and last letters of the title blue just makes it look weird, if you wanted to accentuate the title in this manner by "bookending" the title with something significant on each end, perhaps changing the size or style of the font would have been preferable.

Also encircling the whole group with a pipe is a good effect, chibi's do seem "cuter" when bunched together in bigger numbers, but I think if you are going to use that effect using something like Envy's alter-ego snake / dragon form would have been more appropriate.

Overall except for a few issues the cuteness of the individual characters do come out in their chibi form and its a fun wallpaper.

I love it, higher resolution would be nice but i like the style it has a really cool effect.
