Well for this wallpaper I vectored a black and white scan I think its the second cover of the manga, it was about 255 shape layers, the BG is dark why because I love darkness, I added the light because I wanted to have focus on him since the BG has alot of elements, and I also wanted my vector to be more notisable.
forgot to say the colors I chose for my vector where bassed on crapmonsters wall since I thought he got it dead on

agregar la luz fue una buena idea.. sino estaba muy oscuro el wall y no se verian los detalles del fondo...
igualmente muy bien los detalles en esta maquina no se ven con este monitor re chiquitooo...
no veo nada jajaja... ya lo vere mejor cuando vuelva a casa...

Your vector is great :) And your concept about putting the light to focus on the chara is a good idea.
I also like the dark colors with all words there, but I personally like it better if the background is a wall rather than floating words... Sorry if I say anything wrong. Anyway, you did a great job :)
Dark wall ,a guy in sweet pin striped suit ... biohazard thingys .. hangy light ike in a dark bake room were people get the sh*t beaten out of them ...really now how how you go wrong with that .. you cant

Two main problems I see - first of all, are there supposed to be black lines on his shoes? It looks like its supposed to be for his suit only. A quick layer mask should take care of that. Also, the perspective is very odd since its a flat vertical background but then there's him standing up o_o. Its like a space paradox. @__@ Though I shouldn't complain about that, since my last wall had a wonky perspective too, lol.

I mean something like this...Inside the lines...
I just don't think the way the light falls is natural :/

Haha I'm really curious about this series now... such funky art XD Very neat vectoring and I like the dark stylish background. The varying perspective of the different objects definitely gets a bit strange like Baka pointed out, but I don't think it necessarily takes away from the wall per se... with simple walls details like that tend to stand out a lot though, so yar... overall though nicely done!
Nice touch to it, but the text is overbaring, and the wall, in whole, looks like it's too simple.
I also agree with 4shaken, the light angle is too short for it. It needs to come out more for the light that you used.
