This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
I just try different style to make my wallpaper, the whole time of making this wallpaper is about 20 hours.
I have got the scan from minitokyo, i am not a real fan of card capter sakula, I choose this character because I think this sakula is different from before:quite and a bit of sarrow...

The circle is just draw by myself use the picture of fullmental alchemist as reference,....I have always made mistake of spelling L for R, I am sorry for that!

Well, i really like this wall! the magic spell that is surround Sakura is a great work! nice vectoring for the character... well, nice backgound, nice colour work for it... and the effect of the stars and the feathers is showing great effect of this wall... the moon is work well too... one mistake that you make is the texture, you writing the are to the L... next time try to confirm first... anyway, it's still nice! guess i'll add it to my favourite! :)

I have to agree...this wall needs a lot of improvement.the moon and the feathers seemed a bit random.i suggest you should put sakura in the middle of the wallpaper.those butterfly wings thing behind weren't necessary.don't blur sakura too much.it defeats the purpose of her being in the wallpaper.And yeah that does look like a transmutation circle.don't crossover w/FMA.keep the original circles from ccs. good effort though!
Well I have to say that this wall needs a bit of improvement. In general the magic talisman looks only kinda cheesy and the moon the feathers, etc.. are too cloudy. On top of that the feathers don't really feel like they belong; it kinda seems more like you only put them there because you needed to fill up room. And with angel feathers you put buttefly wings on Sakura? it just doesn't make much sense. All in all good effort, but you could improve.
So that i won't repeat what everyone else said, i'll just say this. it would look better if sakura had angel wings. that way, the feathers and wings would match. don't feel too bad about all the comments. they are just there to give you tips for next time. (like making sure that stuff isn't too blurred)

and yes like people have said, it's sakura not sakula, the image is spoilt because of that...maybe you could change it?

I really like several things about this wall: first of all i love the background (the feathers and the black with the contrast of the moon look awesome) the magic circle underneath sakura-chan and her wings make her look nothing short of a divinity herself (and the sparkles are the perfect finishing touch!) uber points for creativity and an eye for art! ^^
Very nice wallpaper. I like how you incorporated the magic circle with the image of Sakura; it gives it a nice, soft, magical feel to the wallpaper. The background image fits well too.
