This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
This wall turned out pretty close to what I had in mind when I started. Although...I don't like how one of Penelo's legs wanders outside the image, but that was the pose I had to work with, so not much I could do there. The largest time consumer here was obviously just layering the characters. Those little annoying areas, like hair in particular, were a pain to separate from their original backgrounds.
I'm quite pleased with how the background turned out. I knew from the start I wanted to fit in a lot of airships, since they're a pretty big role in the game, but wasn't sure how to do it without making the wall too busy. In the end, I decided to only include the silhouettes, so the background remains light enough to not take away from the main focus - the characters.
Sweet, nice FFXII wallpaper! great wallpaper with all the characters in there, but the background is kind of bland and too basic in my opinion. good job and keep up the good work. hope to see some more great work from you soon.
Final Fantasy, huh... Ah well... The background is kinda simple as the previous comment said, but not a very bad wallpaper or anything, the characters are nice. Try to bring in more colors that refresh people's desktop 8D

Hmm, like the others said, the background is a little too simple, and colorless. It feels dull. But the scan you chose is great though. I think you could do better! Great attempt!
It is an okay wallpaper, the thing that suprizingly doesn't bother me the most is the background. What bothers me the most is Fran's bow is in front of Balthier's neck when it would look so much better behind him. Other than that the positioning of the characters are pretty good. Good attempt.
Quite a nice attempt, but it feels fairly obvious that the pictures of each person was taken from different sources and added together into this picture.. the interactions of each character (eg. shadow etc) is lacking slightly.. however i do quite like the background since ff12 had a big thing on airships
Awesome wall~ You did a great job editing the renders so that they blended well against other characters. Absolutely love the ships in the background too! :3
I love the colors they are so cool!! you should make more wallpapers you have a lot of talent, and the wallpapers that I have seen (yours of course) are so nice too ^^!! You use the patterns, brushes so well. try doing more ^__^ they are awesome!! :3

I agree that Fran's bow should probably be behind Balthier. I think you did a good job putting all these separate sources together!
The very bottom looks a little funny because the "ground" cuts out before the bottom of the image (though that's probably usually covered by a taskbar). Thanks for the wall!
