It needs someelse else... it's a very clean wallpaper, but that's because nothing is in it. you need to improve this wallpaper drastically (it would not get accepted if you submitted it) by adding anything else, perhaps a few vectors to keep that nice clean feeling to it.
agrees with hatesyou...not much effort made. i think you could add some more stuff into the bg like textures and colors, and maybe add some characters around the sides. just an idea.

maybe you can add a landscape at the back.. some grass and a sky with a sun.. and you can try adding a small picture of naruto too...

This is not a wallpaper in and of itself. It might be suitable as a scan if it's a very large version of the logo, but as mentioned before it's not very difficult to make a copy of a logo, especially in illustrator. That being said, play around with this a bit and see if there are any interesting design elements that you can emphasize or exaggerate for the sake of a better composition.
Its not enough. I can get any logo and paste it on white background. You have to put some effort in making a wallpaper mate. Add something at the background, something that attractive.
I think that's funny considering it's SO easy to make and everyone seems to have so much comments on it

Sadly not a very unique wallpaper, its nice and clean but also a bit boring.
I suggest maybe adding a vector image character to this wallpaper, this allows you to keep the clean look to it
Its big, its white, and its the naruto logo. I like how clean it looks, and this will definitely be to liking to those people who like crisp, white and simple things. But even so. Its an empty peice of work. Its very easy to make with little to no effort at all. sometimes ^^ being simple is being perfect. ^_^ but this is waaay too simple ^_^

If it's a scan I guess it can be accepted cause sometime we like to have a nice and high quality scan to add the logo on the wall...
But if it's a wall just rethink the composition...
