While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Alright, first of all nice picture of the character, its sexy, the character needs alittle extraction, it is clean but it needs an outlines the lines are regid, and make the character look as if its not the part of the wall or background.
moreover the background is blurry and the music notes either have to be strong or sharp with the right chice of background color it might work out nicely but you can also try making a roomy sort of background for this wallpaper.

well the extraction looks bad.. you need to work some more.. i can see all the edges of the character like jagged... also his hair looks as if you have cutted too much... it seams that you went inside the picture instead of following the edges outside the black outlines...
The background looks good.. although it's a little simple... and the character doesn't seam to have anything in common with that background.. anyway you can add a title and some decoration surrounding it.. like some musik stuff or something..
