While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
I've always wanted to make a wallpaper of a girl at a beach.I found the png of this girl from bleach and she looks like the right one.I haven't watched Bleach so I don't know about her but someone told me that she's Orihime Inoue.Anyway,I just use brushes to create the background so I'm sorry if it isn't nice.I'm not that good at drawing using a computer.Since my scanner is broken and my sister took the camera with her (she goes to a boarding school)..I can't draw on paper..I just played around with this wallpaper.I found the boat on deviantart.I added the clouds and the birds.I can't make the birds white because if I do,you can't see the birds so I'll make it black.I also make a little glassy on the sea.

I read through all the comments and did a litle make over to the layout.Since someone wished it's bigger,I made it to 1600x1200..don't worry.I use scale..
so the girl won't be too fat or slim.I changed the text color since someone said it should be darker and I also make the footprints,the further the smaller.That's all!
I like this wallpaper. It has a calm feeling to it. The background isn't all that bad it maybe just needed something more but still, it looks great! ^_^ Keep up the good work! Looking forward to seeing more.

Perspective is what I miss in this one. The waves and footsteps has the same size in all positions of the wall. Things are getting small when they are far away. I guess you forgot about this doing this one. ^^
But that's the only point I would beef about. The rest looks ood. Very calm end relaxing.
Ah, one more thing - it could be a bit bigger.. 1024*768 is kinda small.

Yeah I forgot it xD now that you talked about that..I was like shocked that i forgot because I usually make the things smaller when they're further..Oh well,people's getting older and they kept forgetting things (actually I'm not old)..thanx for telling but seems like I don't have the psd..
I like the background and the feeling you gave the wallpaper but I think you could have done more with the text and I ain't a big fan of the render her expression kind of ruins it for me
The background is nice, though it looks a bit simple with these colors. The character looks good, she fits to the background well. The title is interesting, though its colors don't fit with the sand. Nice wallpaper.
Very nice wallpaper, I like it a lot. Simple beach like background really does suit this scan and I'm glad you did it. Just one thing, the character isn't an sharp as the others I saw. I think it lost quality as you resized it and made it bigger. Other than that, excellent work in my books. ^^
