This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

The original scan is a black and white chapter title page from the manga. The butterflies were reconstructed and more added. Textures from Desktop Anime! Thanks to Whiteblaze for the font tips.

Artistic, indeed. i love the atmosphere(?) of the wallpaper. very free and somewhat tranquil. the scan blends right in with the background. it looks absolutely beautiful. the colours are nice and soft plus the butterflies looks neat. great job dhias!

Damn you! It's so pretty... I love the atmosphere of it all. Very dramatic yet artistic at the same time? I think it suits Hagu-chan so well. I have a little mixed feelings on the 'Blessed' text, but it doesn't seem too bad. Lovely wallpaper :)

This wallpaper really caught my attention when i was looking for H&C walls... Its looks so ethereal and soulful just like the character (whom i believe is Hagu).

It's a nice bright wallpaper, good for the eyes, I think, when you're not looking for too much detail, and just need something other than a solid color. The coloring's nice. Good job!

Have I ever told you how much I love Honey and Clover? :)

This wallpaper is GORGEOUS. One of the best I've ever seen. You did a lot of work on the surroundings and touch-ups, but they're not excessive at all. Overall, absolutely gorgeous. The lighting adds a holy and spiritual feel to the wall. Five thumbs up!

Good sense of motion concept. Feels like I'm flying into the background into the sunset. Everything is alive in the foreground/background. A sense of livelyness. A nice calm and soothing feeling.

I noticed a trend of brown in your Honey and Clover wallies. I find that for some reason brown actually does fit this series quite well, especially the shade of brown you decided to use. The butterflies and the glowing of the white definitely adds.

My eyes!!

sry, it's so light, my mmorpg eyes can't seem to get used to so much sunlight :P
this wall makes me feel all warm
it is so light that i hardly can't see the char on the background, it should be a bit darker or a darker line arround it
