This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Ah!! MANY MANY MANY! minutes Xd haha lol. Of cleaning. It was pretty tough. Concidering how much "ink" was on her face, and all. Then just some more Major corections in color. Also that line in the middle.
LOTS of blending, bluring, smudging, filtering.. many more things.
Made some of my own brushes for the "Leaves" that are flying around.. and added some Texture from DADesktop, and also one Tiny Tiny stock for the bg. YOu can barely notice it... but its there ^^ hehe. I didnt want everyhign to be just "Blank!" so i put a Very slight touch of bg. ya now.. to get that Country Side feeling XD haha lol.

I love you newest wall! I think you did a great job on the extraction of the scan and the cleaning. I would have gone crazy about that!
You totally erased the ink from her face which was looking trough the backside of the scan. The line in the middle must have been the hardest part I think. Great work, nothing to see now.
The colours you choose are giving the wall a special and warm feeling by looking at it.
The only thing I have to complain is that the background is very bright.
BUT, overall this wallpaper is a great work from you.

I like it. The texture, the sc, the bg...THE COLOURS! oh...the orange fits really good in here; plus the orange of the dress!. Nice wall.

Its background is seen dimly for me.

Well, pretty nice work here. Cool thing to begin with, a Gin-iro wall (quite the rare thing ^^)
Tulla's scan is nicelly blend in the background, colors are just fine, maybe a bit too bright (a little darker would have done the trick, I guess). The brushes are well used, the shape of her left shoulder is a little weird (blured and all) but nothing that hurts the eye. I don't know if you used a texture that makes a "scan-like" render but it somehow fits.
Oh, yes, almost forgot, I think you made a mistake in the second sentence "Will she ever find home and piece ?". I guess you meant "peace" there, but I may be wrong (since english isn't my native born language).
Hum, I guess that's it for what I've to say. Keep up the good work !
WOW i really like the wall befor i saw the scan, but just to know all you did is just AMAZING the color th back ground, the message! EXCELENT i love it!
A nice, clean composition with a wonderful warm color scheme that it well matched to the character and brings out the feeling you're trying to convey really well I think. ^^ Also, the title text is nicely placed and arranged too (good choice of fonts)
