As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!
It was like hell tracing the characters from that screencap... they were so tiny T_T probably about 80 to 100 pixels in height, but I really loved these characters so I didn't mind .. I even had to pre-sketch the characters on paper so I would know..with what form I should go.
Oh, and on a sidenote (and quite an important sidenote at that..) Zoro's definitely the cutest here!
The background.. well... a special Halo-halo serving. (*Halo-halo* literally means *Mix-mix*)
The forms of the tree, the grass and the sun were traced from different stock pics. The rest.. including the color scheme would be from my crazy brainy..

This is so cute! I have no Once Piece wallpapers but I totally love this! The background is fun and stylish. The characters are so adorable! I often get annoyed with text on wallpapers but I really think this enhances your wallpaper. I'm going to put it on my desktop right now. Kudos on a job well done!

I can't help being reminded of all those art pieces in the musuems and stuff when I look at this. I guess its just the way the fun background interacts with the characters...or i'm just going crazy

Ah haha! This is really cute and I love the colorfulness! Zoro's head is so round lol! The only complaint I have is that the chibis' outlines are too thick and black compared to the more elegant lines like the tree. Really nice!

It is cool to see the whole crew together enjoying the beautiful sunset (or is it a sunrise?).
The color scheme is nice (soft & clean) to point that this looks like an animation cell.
I'm also pleasantly surprise that there are multiple resoultions for both the widescreen resoultion and standard format (ahh.. letterbox?).
