This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Techanacly yes you are. your asking people to go to a web site randomly. your not allowed to do it on the sb. but you can pm someone the site. (dont send it to me)
I think it much better than the last time i saw. But i still consider that if you really want it to be good I would vector the character. right now the quality of the character seen rather to me. and i don't see any relation on bg and the group itself.
Its a cool wallpaper, but the character extractions need a little touching up around the hair on the characters... i love the back ground though...color choice is very complementary..the font however are not that strong of a choice for it, maybe something else from your collection would make it look better...if not check out www.dafont.com

The effects are good, I like it.
The only problem is, we still don't know the face of those two in Black.
