This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Another Revisitations Series from me, after a somewhat long time from my last revisitations wallpaper as they mostly do not get good results.
Well, what I can say is, as per usual of the revisitations series, they are wallpapers from the old times, from at least a few years ago and then remade, and now submitted, people can have a look at what this looks like about 3 years ago when I started to dwell heavily on making wallpapers as they were something I never did before.

What can I say? I guess it was some time now from that time back in the days, and it is time to dig it out and try again.
Too bad I cant redo the scan however, and Katsura's artwork is best preserved and presented unvectored as it contains the natural beauty of hand drawn beauty.
Plus, I also dont have the original scan and I really couldnt be finding the time to download and make all the extra stuff all over again, however I did the minimum of extracting it nicely this time.
Initially, the wallpaper was meant to be just a simple wallpaper, vector circles are added in only after realizing the splatter looks a bit plain. I guess I was trying to make a plain wallpaper, and yeah, the colors, what matters the most to me was what I wanted to be in this wallpaper. Much like Revisitations - Emergence, this wallpaper has the same scheme and I really enjoy wallpapers like these the most.
Oh and no textures too.
As for the same as most of the revisitations series, I have several other versions that I also like, not so sure about your opinion or whether you like it or not, but frankly, that is not within my scope of care-o-meter. Orange and Black for the win on my call.

The background is good, the patterns, and colors are looking nice. The character is looking really good, she fits to the background well. The title is nice, good wallpaper.

Yeah, that's what I like, lots of colors >:) The scan is pretty nice, I like the girl. And I can see the difference from the older one. I must say, it is nicely done. Prefer orange-black style.
This isn't one of you better works... Have you been slacking off? The girl is quite sexy, but the wallpaper isn't really accentuating that fact. It's lacking some of the more stunning graphics that we have come to expect from your work Omnidevil. I don't claim to know how you come up with some of the wallpaper ideas you have but this one, in my opinion, isn't coming close to the other wallpapers you have made.
Yes Omni, now that what I'm talking about. A hot chick with nice tech designs that really off the chains. I cool that you kept the normal drawing instead of vectoring it because it looks a lot better when you put it into this wall. The rest of the wall has some unique colors to it as well. It interesting that you revising some of your old walls, you must be busy lately. Well this time, it's more than a just a fav, but I'll put this wall up on my desktop for my birthday. So know that as an added bouns.
It's a great wallpaper and all, but one thing about this just bothers me ALOT. The white border on the outer edge of the wallpaper is bright and contrasting... it's the only thing keeping me from using this as my wallpaper.

I was thinking of doing a similar thing myself. Remixing old walls of the past generation for the new age.
I think if you somehow adjusted the contrast on the swimsuit to look more purpleish it'd make this wall perfect.
