This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Okay, okay, I know that now is ALMOST Spring(or has it start??), but the scan was so cool and tamaki was soooo handsome I wanna do something on THIS scan. XD So I vectored it, it was kinda simple, though. Yah, because it was SOO faceless before, I change it to be with nose and mouth. Yah, I'm too lazy for the eyes. And I added the hair color or Tamaki, Hunny, and the Hitachin twins. :) oh, and I added the face on the snowman, and lighten up the bg to be more contrastfull. :)
Hm.. your wall is not too bad..
it gives me a dark feeling becuz they're expressionless
personally i dont like vector done by paths..
um, there are some parts need more efforts.. eg. the hair of "The Cool" is too blurry
and.. i even cant recognize Haruhi is wearing the.. sorry i dont knoe that thing's name in English @_@"

Not bad, but I think that your use and placement of text could still use work. The labels for the various Host Club members, for example, seem as if they were added as an afterthought and -- in my opinion -- detract from the overall presentation.
Yay, Ouran! I just finished the series and am totally lookin' for a cool wallpaper XD. Although yeah, I agree with shinsengumi about the labels. But still, good job :).
Awww--this is so cute to see everyone together in the morning of winter! i really like your winter morning title of this wall. it really represents them. I like how you white out their faces and how you put their description on their collar of their coat. very nice! i really like it. hope to see more wallpaper from you soon! ^^
Errrr... I think that I prefered your two other wallpapers over this one. This one is sooo expression-less as you said... I don't really like that. Also, I think that the vector could have been done in a much better way.
Was it really necessary to have those tags (prince, cool, natural...) on there?

I really like to see an Ouran paper get posted but what bugs me is the tilted title thrown into the middle there as well as the tags. It needs more pop, more essence if you will. You've got a good start but still needs some work.
To be honest, I don't like the vectoring you did o__o
The outlines are too thick and it seems that you didn't put enough effort into the bg too! >__<
You could add some houses or some clouds.. cuz it's always cloudy when it snows =D
