As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!

I think you could have done better with the lightning because I not too fond of it. The concept is good but I think there's room for improvement, for example more texture and such. Nevertheless, it's really not too bad.

Great work of art there! I like the shades of the night, the moon and the sky. Great coloring, i like the colors you've choose to this kind of setting. The concept of the wallpaper is really nice. The wallpaper gives me a lot of stories behind it. Especially with the setting.^^ The shadowing is good except to that part where there is a shadow of a man. Isn't it supposed to be that his shadow can be seen together with the shadow of the door? I am not really sure, but correct me if I am wrong.^^
Overall, this wallpaper is really great and I appreciate the hand work! WOW! O.o
Lolz, liar, didn't make everything yourself, thats obvious..things are way too pixelated to be selfmade plus the shadow of the left thing is so wrong..and the character has such a bad quality..and the thing behind her (damn, i don't know the things name >_>) seems to be flying..the sky is a little bit empty, looks like the scene takes place on a mountain, you can't see anything behind the bushes that are near the door. enough complaining..it's a good idea and well detailed
and don't take the critic too personal, it should help you to improve yourself^^;

speakin of swords, what kind of sword is it?
shes got a kimono on and the design strongly resembles japanese wakizashi
strings are rather untypical for japanese swords while still acceptable i guess
however im pretty sure that japanese swords dont get broader around the tip
this, together with the strings, is common in china
the whole blade looks crooked to me, which would be just junk
the way the blade is sharpened, id say this sword has a really blunt tip
i mean, the cutting edge doesnt reach the tip at all
as for the sheathe, primitive, theres no other word for it
(it takes no old japanese sword smith to figure these things out, so dont think im just bragging)
the girl on the other hand looks real good
the artifacts on the ribbons look quite bad tho
the sky and moon look swell
i gotta wonder what kind of plant is growing behin the wall there, since it seems to be divided in several unjointed parts which resemble bones and the fact that absolutely no leaves can be spotted beyond the wall is downright amazing
the modelled objects certainly could use some improvements to blend in better
also, i wouldnt call the huge butterfly a very lucky accessory, but whatever...
a pity, since i really like the overall design, but too many small mistakes combine into a big mess

Some parts of this wallpaper seem to be pretty pixelated like the thing behind the girl (dunno what it's called) There isn't any light (except for the moonlight) outside and the shadow shouldn't be that sharp. Also I think there are some perspective mistakes.
Anyway, it's a nice idea nonetheless.
