This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Well, this wallpaper was made in photoshop and is pretty simple. Thanks to Riku3, I saw the render and I just had to make a cute wall with it. X3 (even though it IS Death Note.... :P) When I saw the render, I just thought of the Hello Kitty style of wallpapers and I decided to base mine off of that style. :P
I made the four cake peices on the sides from the original one that's on L's plate to make them match. I found the strawberries through google, colored them in, and messed around with their sizes and the hearts came from the "Custom Shape" tool in photoshop. I made the squiggly lines around the heart using the pen tool. I couldn't really think of any text for it and so I decided not to put any in it. I tried to make this wall in multiple sizes, but everytime I tried to size it down, it was cutting off parts of it or it looked squished. So I'm sorry for that. :/

Aw, this is so cute! I've been using another wallpaper using the same picture on my desktop and the picture of L is overly KAWAII! XDD I like how you've incorporated the strawberries and cake into the background becuase it's just so KAWAII!!
