This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
I'm 100% sure it's a wallpaper resolution - it says in the FAQ and there are other papers with that res available... the FAQ lists it under acceptable res, but it doesn't say the file limit
Im here yet again with another wallpaper! I thought of a DDR song when I saw this picture so, why not? This is about 25 layers and I have been working on it for some time and I thought I should submit it today and see what everyone thinks of it! All comments and questions will be great!
The text needs some work and I also think that your character shouldn't be that encased in the background. He is the focus, so the background shouldn't take him over.
You also might want to think about doing more then just using the same brush over and over again. It makes it repetive and makes the wall just too plain. Add more colour to it too.
And I don't get the impression of flying away with this background...you might want to add something flying like...like wings, feathers, clouds, some sky. Just make it flying like some how.

Anyways, good luck and keep up the walling. ^_^
