I decided to try to make Ojamajo Doremi wallpaper! I vectored Onpu from a snpshot, and then made background in photoshop, I was looking for something magical, and after lots of different bg-s end up with this one... I wasn't sure about the frame, but it looks better with it then without it, so I left it like that ^_^
I needed about 3 hours to do it... it was fun :D

Its nice i like the wings effect behind her 8D and the bubbles 8DDD
I think the background doesnt really fit the character, you should work more on them... Maybe put her in a garden? 8DDD
I cant feel the magic there...

i like what you did here... the vector looks very nice.. and all the little things around it makes it look lovely ^_^
you really did a great job with that vector, her eyes are killing me, she looks sooo sweet!
the only thing i can mention is the text... i don't think that it fits...
also the brushes on the left side seam kind of randomly added..
but the right side of the wall is just amazing lol.. kawaii!!
