I say could possibly be my best wall with textures thus far in terms of anime (NOTHING CAN BEAT THE UNSPEAKABLE LUST WALLPAPER I MADE)

ok, onwards.
Well, the idea was spawned quite some time ago, it was not until lately that I actually decided to finish up, there were a lot of disputes behind my head since the original that I done (some six months ago), contained textures that didn't quite made it to my completion of great works.

There was a lot going on, busy looking wallpaper, simple version, many colors, but in the end, I say going back to sad sad looking brown was the only way to go, and heck, why should we fight nature?

Well then, the idea as you may well see, is to potray defeat.
I know for a fact, that you can't always win, you can hardly ever win, but for some like Saber, who has won against the odds, (heck, she won against Gilgamesh!) there are times when even the strongest must fall.

You can be there for awhile, number 1 and all that jazz, soon you must realize that you are gonna fail, and when that comes:
"The Higher They Go, The Harder They Fall"

I think I managed to capture the emotion here.

There are actually several Versions yet again. Take notice in the NO Doused Flames editions as they are my favorite, I put the flame there and made them cause they were necessary at one point of the making to make the "Spoils of War" feeling more dramatic, aside from the rain that douses the flames of the burning castles and of trees that were burned by the firing of burning catapults, and then some... you know, the Kingdom of Heaven/Troy/Spartans/Alexander thing you see in Hollywood.

There are some walls that just turn out so well that you just say in your head: "Hey that is fuckingawesome! I think I can pull that off too with little hard work!" Then that fine ass girl walks pass your laptop and flashes a smile and you say "Screw that sh@t I'm going out tonight!"

I'm sure you don't need anyone telling you that you captured the feeling of defeat in this wall and that your use of textures/scan is made of WIN. That SHOULD be obvious. So I'm just gonna fav this and leave and get this latina girl's number. Keep them coming and see ya!

its a lil bit empty tho... like, saber and some text, hmm...
but anyways, the mood caputed there is just the best thing since toilet paper
not that i like it when saber is crushed, still she look too damn adorable
its also nice to see some decent rain effects, rain that is not just falling but also hitting objects
lighting looks remarkable too...
so its great compassion with saber and a huge fav for the one who made it possible

ZOMG that is friggn awesome. The character stands out soo sooo much!! the textures used is amazing! The onlything I dont like is the rain? It looks like a few scratches to mee. Dosent look like rain really BUT it still gets a favorite due to the mesh of the scan and textures being sooo perfect.

Oh I see why this wallpaper is so awesome now,you have a Spartan in the bottom right corner xP.

I don't think there many instances where I've seen Saber look like this,the entire piece is very ominous but it maverlous.

I m really enjoying this piece...it reminds me of the greek history i did when i was at junior high (as i am from Greece)

It is a beautiful wallpaper with a familiar concept to me.
