This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

The background is beautiful, the space with the stars, and the colors are beautiful. The character looks really nice, she fits to the background well. The title is good, nice wallpaper.
Whether I chose to believe this or not... the fact that she is only wearing white panties with a tattoo in that area further emphasizes the simplicity in this wallpaper. The hearts are a little over brushed or they are overlapping each other too much.
Other than that. Great wallpaper... *adds to his ecchi collection* :)
I love all simca wallies and the wings that you added are really awesome. the background seems a little empty. I can't exactly point out what you can place in the bottom portion of the wall but i kind of find it distracting that it's empty. i think it would look better if you had better negative shapes?
What I love about this series is the flow of movement in the characters motions and things about them. It puts me in a gentle mood. I love Simca's hair, and her in general.
The only thing that bothers me is that the colors could have been better.The wallpaper felt like it was moving upward or falling with some wind.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely adore this wall and have it as my desktop currently. Many times wallpapers might look gorgeous, but are too cluttered to use as a practical desktop. This one, however, is just perfect - simple, yet unique, and doesn't interfere with my icons! Thanks for creating it! :3
