This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

lotsa folks are complaining about the black bar down at the bottom, but me being a person that's desktop is cluttered with icons, I always try to leave room for them in my wallies. they gotta go somewhere.
Lol, it's a funny idea. it's a simple design to match the vector, but i do like all those question marks. kinda makes me wonder what exactly they are looking at.
i just noticed though, that ichigo's eye is a gray dot. perhaps it would have looked better if it was black like orihime and that guy's (what's his name, that fireworks person's little brother... memory is eluding me. =__=).

Really cute. Love the expressions! The simplistic design really fits I think. I do agree with the few others who think the black bar could be a little shorter though. ^^
I dont really like the look of all the people, and the "wtf" does take up too much room. its a nice wallpaper, but you could have made it better by adding more
