This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
I started out with this scan (extracted and fixed by kero from http://www.daisuki.com.br ) and I personally love it. The bg is a scan that was manipulated, the butterflies have a special glow ( i wanted to make it seem like see was a goddess). Anyway the wings were hard I did not know if they would fix with the wall but I guess they do. The color of the wings was even harder to create but the love the result. And I believe my burning and dodging urned out great this time. as you can see the vase receiving a glow from the goddess and so is the ground beneath her. Well in all I love this wall, even thought it took me like two whole days to make it.
This wallpaper is so hot. I love it. All the elements, the butterflies, wings, urn, the waterfall...etc. all fit together to create such a serene environment. The scan is also quite the eye candy, and the text on her leg is just as good.

Very elegant!
It simple, non-overbearing, and just plain lovely to look at.
Gives you a pleasing "fairy fo the night" feeling. I like the wings and how the detail isn't overdone.
The background is beautiful, this dark scenery looks very nice, adm the colors are looking good. The character is looking good, she fits to the background well. Nice wallpaper.
Oh on her leg it says TOTEM. when you look really close you can see it, I chose this font because I wanted to add an environment that made it look like she was in the past
Really nice wall, the main character is nicely done and the glow indeed makes her look "godly" however, i personally feel that the background is a little too dark, especially the top right hand corner where it is totally black. furthermore, the part where her legs come in contact with the stone from the background looks weird as her legs are very clearly pictured but the rocks are blurry, making it seem as if she was just "planted" into the background..
overall, a very nice wall and the effort you put in to make the main character is indeed commendable. keep up the good work ^^
P.S. the wings and butterflies are beautiful indeed.
Wow... I love the fairy.... she's so pretty and the colors are so beautiful. I love this. It makes me feel all bubbly and weird inside.... ( in a good way. I love things that make me feel like this) Nice job!o^^o

She's so pretty^^ the effects on her looks good and background was really nice. i like the bg.it's a nice scenery and the butterflies were so cool^^. excellent wallpaper!
I saw this wallpaper on the main page, and I had to come check it out because it looked so well-made. And it is! It's a beautiful image and a beautiful background. I'm a fan of darker wallpapers myself, so I don't think the background is too dark. I think it was a good move to keep the focus on the character, with only hints at the background fading into black. I also like the addition of the butterflies. Very well done - there's nothing I would change about it. Good work!
Uhm, hey, it's "Moonlight lady", i love the anime :P, as well as the character, so my initial feeling for this is great. It's just kinda weird why most walls made based on the anime are kinda gloomy...
Anyway, enough babbling, very nice job. I like it. :)

I loved the butterfly wings you gave her and the glow around her really does achieve the goddess effect that you were going for.
