While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

The background is looking nice, though it'd look better with more colors. The character is looking good, she fits to the background well. A short text would look good, nice wallpaper.
It's a cute wall, Jigoku-shonen ^^ But same as others, I think that it's a bit bright. I personally think that it'll be better if the outline is a bit thicker, but maybe that won't fit the bg... The bg and the plastic behind her is nice :] Her head seems a bit long.. maybe it's just me. Love chibi. Love your wall ^^
