This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
First of all, I would like to apologize for the small resolution..I did not found a bigger size of a stock so that's why the wall's resolution is small..this wall, I used a stock and moon and star brushes..I also used 3 texture..I hope you like it..
Water quality could be much better, the stars could be more diverse (aka different sizes, glows, patterns etc.), and the overall colors of the wallpaper seem a little dull. I would do some color corrections and fix the other parts to it.
The water didn't look good. The cliff need many corrections. The lighting wasn't good. Yeah the star need some work, too. Good luck for fixing this wallpaper!
