Hi there! Well although I have seen this picture many times I think the wallpaper is great and the colours you have chosen for the background matches perfectly with the character.Keep on working like this!!

The water splash under her feet are done well. This effect is great.
The moon and clouds in the background are good. The transparency effect on Luna's portait is nice, and it makes the portait to match the structure of this wallpaper more properly. I appreciate this idea.
