This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
This is my first wallpaper so I'm like really nervous about submitting it. The background was originally clouds, but after much layer duplicating and overlaying you can't tell what they are. They have wings (or should I say had), but after another layer duplicating and overlaying you can barely see them.
I really don't know how to use brushes so there are probably easily seen mistakes. But I decided to submit this one because you could over look them thanks to the effects. I made other versions, but I don't like them as much.
P.S. Thank you everyone who left those wonderful comments when I first submitted this into Session Zero. You really don't know how happy they made me.

And a little note on the title, no its not meant to involve any hidden fanpairing meanings (but yes I am a yaoi fan), but when I was making it that was the only thing that came to mind, so I just went with it. Thanks for all your comments!! This gives me good advice for my next wall ^^
Also I'll try making other sizes, but I've never done that before, so It might be awhile.
Hmm with a title like this I am thinking that you are a yaoi fan as I am not a fan altough I liek the pics,I thank you that you didn't put it as a title in the wall also!Now what can I say about your wall,it is pretty good,I mean I like the background and the colours,I like the fact that is pretty abstract but what I don't like it's the fact that it there is too much light in the wall.I don't know how to say it but I think I have no problem with their faces but more with the background,I think if it was darker it would look better!

Its such a pretty wallpaper with pretty background not to mention those two guys are so cute hahaha >< sorry about that -_-... but i really think the light background with those two mix well it looks very nice ^^

For you first wallpaper this is damn good. I mean, my first one was so bad~. Well, I happen to be a yaoi fan so, for me, it's just perfect a wallpaper with 2 bishies lying (unfortunely they're not on top of each other Anyway... I loved it. And I think you done it very well, a light background works very nice with our bishies in black.

Wow, I really like this. I love the way that you contrasted their jackets, and made it look like they were dressed identically. Their faces really stand out.
I like the characters but I don't think I really agree with the background. Something like the way they are makes me think a grass field and maybe the feathers or sakura leaves floating around instead.
But for your concept, I think you did great work. :) Good job.
