Sorry, dont mean to be repeating what pink-sakura and highknees said (and probably what other people said on the next 3 pages that I dont feel like reading) but the concept of your wall is indeed similar to another one on AP. I dont intend to compare the two because your styles are obviously different, and I hate it when people compare my walls to other people's walls. but I did just want to bring to your attention (well, if it hasnt already) that it looks like another wall I've seen.

erm..I would give you a critique, but I would probably end up just repeating what pink-sakura said. When I saw the wall, it bothered me how stiff the feather is. It needs more curl, more..."floating on liquid"-ness. Right it looks too stiff and I think the design (the vectored part? is that vectored?) makes it look even stiffer.

All in all, you did a great job...I hope I dont sound rude saying this, but I like to be brutally honest and I like people to be brutally honest with me, so Im just going to say it - In my opinion, I really dont think this is an A+ wallpaper. The stiffness of the feather just really ruins the whole atmosphere of this wall. From the thumbnail it looks really great because you cant really tell so I was kind of disappointed when I full viewed it since it looked so great. I think if you changed the feather to make it look more bent and soft, then it would make the wall look a whole lot better. (dont take my comments personally btw)
